A: While we cannot give you an exact time interval, since there are plenty of variables, including the size of the files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll do our best to move your site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (when the content is not very large).

A: Yep. We’ll need the name of the website that you would like us to transfer. We’ll also need a means to access your present web hosting account so that we can get the content pertaining to your site.

A: In order for us to begin the migration of your web hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to disclose practically the same info you have provided to your present web hosting provider. We’ve also got a very strict Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is handled.

A: While we transfer your site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your previous web hosting provider. Once the migration is finished, we will ensure that everything is functioning correctly and that the integrity of your content is not jeopardized before informing you that the migration is over. After that, we will instruct you how to move the domain to your web hosting account with us and how to change the DNS records.
